The hotel is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, with impressive rooms. the staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and has smiling faces. the location is favorable and unbeatable, near several restaurants, gas stations, liquor stores, and downtown Tulsa. the breakfast offers lots of food and it is awesome and excellent. It's an enjoyable base for exploring Tulsa.

Check in was 3:00 P.M. and we could not get our second room till 6:15 P.M. . the clerk at the counter was not willing to compensate for the lost time in the room. It was an inconvenience to which I will not go through to stay at this hotel. Dissatisfied with management ,room was nice.

The room was spotless and had useful amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. Free breakfast with a variety of options was a great bonus. - the pool area was lovely. - the hotel's location was convenient, surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other amenities. - the staff were friendly and accommodating. - Free parking was a plus.

First, The Staff, specifically, Michael the front Desk Manager, was very helpful in giving directions to their Hotel from an all night drive from Louisiana and Julie was very nice and very kind. Second, The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. And, Third, The Hotel was off the main road way producing a very quiet stay.

The hotel is an excellent place for a weekend in Tulsa. Its rooms are exceptionally clean and impressive in cleanliness. There is a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. The location is particularly good for exploring Tulsa. The bets part that it's next to restaurants, gas stations, liquor stores, downtown Tulsa and From The Old Building. When I am in Tulsa, I like staying here.

There is bad smell in some places.

Air conditioning in the room was a saving grace on a hot day. the location was convenient, right next to a nice restaurant and a historical building with character. 🌟

Anytime I've ever stayed anywhere, a breakfast was offered, even if it was cereal. We ate there in the hotel, what a mistake! They charged $2 for a cup of coffee. Totally ridiculous!!!!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. the location is great, surrounded by excellent restaurants, gas stations, liquor stores, and interesting places. - the South Tulsa district is definitely worth exploring.

I was very much impressed by this hotel and so was my family.The rooms were very plush and furnished to high standards with a microwave and a fridge with rates that were difficult to beleive.i would definitely stay at this groups hotels if available in the future.

This hotel is a lovely place for a weekend in Tulsa. Well-kept outstanding rooms, they are provided with a TV in the main area and the bedroom and the air conditioning. The location is in a particularly good spot to me everything could be cleaner. This property is near to downtown Tulsa and great restaurants.

The breakfast options were great and the location was very convenient, being close to downtown and the old building.
